The Indonesian Irish Association (IIA) was formed in Dublin,
Ireland in 2002 as a non-political, cultural and social society. It has
about 200 members most of whom are Indonesian.
The aims of the Indonesian Irish Association are:
- To organize a 3 monthly consular meeting with Indonesian embassy in UK
- To promote Indonesian arts and culture
- To develop friendships by organising social gatherings
- To offer information and assistance for Indonesians arriving in Ireland
- To organise fundraising programmes
- To provide Indonesian related news
